RocTrip 2007 will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the likes of Chris Sharma, Katie Brown, Lynn Hill, and more than 20 other of the world's top climbing athletes. Held October 12-14, RocTrip will draw an international crowd of climbers and spectators. There will be a host of activities including clinics, competitions, and plenty of celebrations.

Each year the RRGCC pays an annual mortgage of nearly $30,000 for ownership of the Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve. This property, totaling more than 750-acres, is home to nearly 1 in 4 climbs in the Red and nearly half the routes over 12a.

Recognizing the value and importance of this property, Petzl decided to join forces with the RRGCC, combining the RRGCC's annual Rocktoberfest with its internationally celebrated RocTrip. Stopping by Eastern Kentucky in its sixth year, RocTrip has brought the international climbing community together in New York's Shawangunks, British Columbia's Squamish, Greece's Kalymnos, and Millau in southern France.

If you can't attend RocTrip but would still like to help the RRGCC with its historic undertaking, please consider making a donation below. Remember, Petzl wants to make this happen as badly as we do. In fact, they're matching donations dollar for dollar up to the first $10,000. That means your donations will go twice as far to preserve world-class climbing in the RRG. Please consider making even a small donation.
